Notwithstanding that the php security vulnerability mentioned on this page does not meet the criteria for being a security risk, it might be worth editing the text a little, just because the vulnerability affects not just 7.2 but also 7.0, which is the package version of php for Ubuntu 16 (still a supported platform for AtoM 2.5.3).
I'd suggest making the following edits:
Change heading to: ADDITIONAL SECURITY NOTICE - PHP 7.x VULNERABILITY ANNOUNCED
Change last line of text to: Nevertheless, we recommend that PHP 7.x users consider upgrading to the latest PHP version available for their platform, if possible.
