Working on a Portuguese Local Authority, Oliveira de Azeméis Municipality, for 17 years. Main activity on Geographic Information Systems. Started working with open source and free software since 2005 and actively engaged OS communities contribution on FOSS4G 2009 Conference, at Sydney-Australia, with OSGeo and GISVM projet.
