Issue tracker move!

We are finally retiring Redmine as our primary issue tracker!

The AtoM Maintainers will now be tracking issues using GitHub. If you experience any issues or bugs with this release that you'd like to bring to our attention, you now have the option of doing so on GitHub using the bug report form here:

If you're not sure something is an issue or a problem specific to your installation, feel free to start a conversation in the AtoM User Forum . You can also read more about the User Forum on the wiki here.

Important

Please remember, if you think you have identified a security issue in AtoM that you would like to report, please do not file a bug ticket. Instead, you can review our security policy linked below, and email security@artefactual.com with your report. The security policy outlines how we handle security reports, and what sort of follow-up you should expect. For more information, see:

We will continue to maintain read-only access to Redmine for some time, to be able to access currently open and historical issue tickets. All issues going forward will be filed on GitHub.

Security patches

On the security side of this release, we have patched an issue that allowed authenticated users to potentially access the contact information of other users. For more information, see issue #1599.

We've also patched out an issue where a member of the Translator user group could potentially edit user roles or add admin accounts - see #13647

Finally, our team of Maintainers also bumped the webpack version from 5.70.0 to 5.76.0
